Terms of Use

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement and that you have the authority to enter into these Terms.

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
• You may not use another person's account without permission.

The Service offers the following paid plans and one-time credit purchases:

• Free Plan: Limited monthly pages as displayed in the app. No payment required.
• Basic Plan (Auto-Renewable Subscription): 150 pages per month. Billed monthly. Price as displayed at time of purchase.
• Pro Plan (Auto-Renewable Subscription): 500 pages per month. Billed monthly. Price as displayed at time of purchase.
• Credits (One-Time Purchase): Page credits that do not expire. Amount and price as displayed at time of purchase.

Auto-Renewal: Subscription plans automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the renewal date.

Cancellation:

• iOS: Cancel via Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.
• Android: Cancel via Google Play → Subscriptions.
• Web: Contact us at skywu128@163.com.

Refunds: All purchases are subject to the refund policies of the respective platform (Apple App Store, Google Play, or LemonSqueezy). We do not offer additional refunds beyond those provided by the platform.

Price changes: We may change subscription prices with reasonable advance notice. Continued use after a price change constitutes your acceptance of the new price.

You agree not to:

• Upload files that contain illegal, harmful, or infringing content.
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law.
• Attempt to circumvent usage limits or access controls.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service.
• Use automated means to access the Service in a manner that exceeds reasonable usage.
• Resell or redistribute access to the Service without our written permission.

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Zentools and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of the PDF files you upload. By uploading files, you grant us a limited, temporary license to process them solely for the purpose of providing the translation service.

The Service transmits your PDF content to third-party AI translation engines (including Google Translate, OpenAI, Gemini, DeepSeek, and Doubao) based on the engine you select. Your use of these services is subject to the respective providers' terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the accuracy or completeness of translations produced by third-party engines.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that translation results will be accurate. Translation quality depends on the third-party AI service selected.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Zentools shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of, or inability to use, the Service. Our total liability to you for any claims under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim.

You may delete your account at any time from within the app (Profile → Delete Account) or by contacting us at skywu128@163.com. Upon deletion, your personal data will be permanently removed. Active subscriptions must be cancelled separately through the respective platform.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms with a new effective date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved by the competent courts with jurisdiction over Zentools' place of registration.

本服务提供以下付费方案及一次性积分购买：

• 免费方案：每月有限页数（以应用内显示为准），无需付费。
• Basic 方案（自动续费订阅）：每月 150 页，按月计费，价格以购买时应用内显示为准。
• Pro 方案（自动续费订阅）：每月 500 页，按月计费，价格以购买时应用内显示为准。
• 积分（一次性购买）：永久有效的翻译页数积分，数量和价格以购买时应用内显示为准。

自动续费：订阅方案将在每个计费周期结束时自动续费，除非您在续费日期前至少 24 小时取消订阅。

取消方式：

• iOS：前往"设置 → Apple ID → 订阅"取消。
• Android：前往"Google Play → 订阅"取消。
• 网页端：发送邮件至 skywu128@163.com 申请取消。

退款：所有购买均适用相应平台（Apple App Store、Google Play 或 LemonSqueezy）的退款政策。超出平台规定范围的退款申请，我们不予受理。

价格变动：我们可能在提前合理通知后调整订阅价格，继续使用服务视为您接受新价格。

您同意不得：

• 上传包含违法、有害或侵权内容的文件。
• 将服务用于任何违法目的或违反适用法律的行为。
• 试图绕过使用限制或访问控制。
• 对服务的任何部分进行逆向工程、反编译或反汇编。
• 以超出合理使用范围的自动化方式访问服务。
• 未经书面许可转售或转让服务访问权限。

服务及其原创内容、功能归 Zentools 所有，受适用知识产权法律保护。您上传的 PDF 文件归您所有。 上传文件即表示您授予我们有限的临时许可，仅用于提供翻译服务。

本服务会将您的 PDF 内容发送至您所选择的第三方 AI 翻译引擎（包括 Google 翻译、OpenAI、Gemini、DeepSeek、豆包等）。 您对这些服务的使用受相应服务商条款和隐私政策的约束。翻译结果的准确性由第三方引擎决定，我们对此不承担责任。

本服务按"现状"和"可用状态"提供，不提供任何明示或暗示的保证。我们不保证服务不中断、无错误， 也不保证翻译结果的准确性。翻译质量取决于所选第三方 AI 服务。

在适用法律允许的最大范围内，Zentools 不对因使用或无法使用本服务而导致的任何间接、附带、特殊、 后果性或惩罚性损害承担责任。我们对您的全部赔偿责任不超过索赔前三个月内您向我们支付的金额。

您可随时通过应用内"我的 → 删除账号"删除账户，或发送邮件至 skywu128@163.com 申请删除。账户删除后，您的个人数据将被永久移除。已激活的订阅需另行通过相应平台取消。

我们可能不时更新本条款。重大变更将通过更新生效日期并在本页发布新条款的方式通知您。 变更后继续使用服务视为您接受新条款。

本条款受中华人民共和国法律管辖，不考虑法律冲突原则。任何争议应由对 Zentools 注册地有管辖权的法院解决。
